**Extreme TLDR:** Health is simple: enjoy natural foods (raw dairy, meat, fruit) and activities (walking, dancing, nature). Avoid fake products and synthetic lifestyle. Emphasize outdoor experiences and mindfulness. Health is easy and pleasurable.

In my opinion, once you start, it is actually easier to be healthy then not.

TLDR Summary
Enjoy - Eat steaks, drink raw milk, play sports, dance, breath with your nose, sleep at night, hangout with friends, sit in silence, get sunlight, drink water, move your body, be thankful.
Avoid - Fake food, fake friends, fake “cleanliness,” fake supplements, fake medicines, fake cleaning supplies, fake light, fake news, fake media.
Wow.
Your telling me if I enjoy these reals things and avoid the fake things I’ll be health?
Yes.
It is that simple.

This philosophy immediately cuts out all ultra processed food, synthetic shampoos, and even shoes if you so choose haha.

I don’t do all these but respect them over the artificial things.
Nature doesn’t pasteurize, so the dairy must be raw. Natural cows graze and eat grass and don’t live in headlocks and eat corn so it must be pasture raised grass fed. Nature does not spray synthetic chemicals all over the fruit so it must be organic.
Just avoid the fake stuff and enjoy.
Natural food tastes so much better it’s not even funny. Skittles are just tricking your mind. Fruit & honey actually tastes good while nourishing your body.
This is no sacrifice. This is a gift.

What are things we natural creatures naturally do? We move, breath, think, etc.
So I make sure in this seemingly more synthetic world I mostly do natural things.

Walk (barefoot) whenever possible
Stretch throughout the day
Play sport
Randomly run
Exercise
Dance

Be (Think)

Read
Write
Nature Spending time in nature might be the most enjoyable and best thing you can do for your health.
Most people spend the majority of their days inside.
I do the opposite. Pretty much the only time I am inside is when I sleep.
I understand people have jobs but if they force you to be inside I encourage you to quit. If you are not ready to do that than just find time outside.
Go on walk breaks routinely outside. Take your feet prisons off like a real human. Free the feet and connect to nature.
Listen to the birds. Smell the flowers. Feel the sunlight. Taste the water.
Enjoy it all.
Health really is this easy and this pleasurable.
