Great + Attitude = Gratitude Gratitude is the greatest attitude.
And it has been talked about since the beginning of talking about things.
It comes from the Latin word Latus which means “thankful.”
When you make yourself full of thanks, you eliminate any room for anything else.
There becomes no room for anger, resentment, worry, and fear. They go away.
As mentioned before, fear is the enemy of health . It comes from projecting your past out into the future pulling you from the present.
Gratitude helps you let go of the past and the future and just appreciate what you have right now putting you back into the present moment and therefore eliminating all fear.
Remember fear creates stress, stress creates inflammation, and inflammation creates disease. So by eliminating fear through an attitude of gratitude, you eliminate that stress, inflammation, and disease. You begin to reside in the healing state of the present moment.
And it feels so good to be grateful.
So how can we be more grateful? Start with the little things. If you can do that, it will be easily to be grateful about the big things.

Rock
Flowers
Bees
Water
Cloud
Life
Others
Rather than looking at everything and everyone with a judgment thinking what is wrong with them, shift your perspective to what is right about them.
Start to observe rather than judge. Seek the light not the darkness. You will find what you follow.
This can be hard at times but once accomplished you set yourself free from the burden of judgement, anger, grudges, expectations, worry, and fear which are emotions and states of mind of pain, inflammation, and disease.
Adopt the attitude of gratitude and your life will radically change. You pain, both emotional and physical, will start to heal. And your body will regenerate and be reborn again.
