These practices lead to peace and health. Simple, fulfilling lifestyle; no sacrifices, only benefits.

It all comes down to one thing, but there are a few things that can help with that one thing.

The one thing is peace.

If you have absolute internal peace you will be healthy.

The reason for this is because the opposite of peace is stress and stress creates inflammation which creates disease.

Peace is found in the present moment, but there all sorts of things that are pulling us from the present.

There are also things that can help us be more present and therefore more peaceful.

5 Pillars to Health Stillness : learn how to be peaceful while still. Still meditation, prayer, or Breathwork are great for this. Sit outside under the sun and listen to the sounds of nature. Let your mind be still.

Movement: you do not need to run a marathon to be healthy (for some this is arguably unhealthy as it takes from their peace). All you need to do is move your body. Walk, run, lift, whatever. Get your heart rate going to get your blood flowing which will reduce stress and inflammation.

Real food: the fact that I have to say this should be concerning to everyone. Of course we should eat real food because what’s the alternative haha fake food? Why would someone eat fake food intentionally? Well we’ve been tricked. Ultra processed food is fake food. Food sprayed with chemicals to preserve it is no longer real food. Eat whole foods only (supplements are not whole foods) and make sure they are organic and, if animal based, raised properly meaning the animals are real food too and we’re not locked up in cages.

Elements: earth, water, fire, air… get your elements. Take your feet prisons off. Touch bare feet to earth. Drink lots of water. Go outside to get sunlight. Get fresh air, breath through the nose, and do breath work if you’d like. Spend time in nature. Get your elements.

Sleep: give your mind and body space and time to digest, process, and store the information and food it took on through the day. If you do not have space and time to do this, stress in the body and mind happen and inflammation (blockages) occur making it difficult to be in peace.

If you do these five things, you will find peace and therefore health .

It’s as simple as that.
