By fostering compassion and forgiveness, we can change how we view adversaries and lighten our burdens. A hug provides support and hope, potentially transforming lives and preventing future harm. The emphasis is on the power of hugs to heal and inspire kindness, suggesting they could halt future violence.

An unmeasurable phenomena that we all have felt and all desire yet no one can perfectly explain.
The difficulty in explaining it is what leads to all the various religions talking about the same thing in different ways.
Absence from it is what creates the void that leads us to attempt to fill with artificial things like money, fame, and power which only makes it deeper leading to more destruction.
But love is something that we all have felt.
One of the best ways to feel love is through a genuine, pure, full squeeze, heart-to-heart hug.
It is a moment in time when the void feels as if it has been filled.
And even if we go back to the void when it is over, it provides a light, a hope, a guiding force, a North Star to follow to get back to that state of love.
And it is this hopeful state that could lead to pursuits of destruction or peace.
A hug is a healing force of nature.
Imagine how many people are hurting so badly that they feel the desire to hurt others.
Imagine if they were given a proper, genuine, pure, full squeeze, heart-to-heart hug.
In that moment, they’d be without the hurt, the pain, and the agony that leads them to pursue destruction.
This moment would give them foresight to what the other side is like. And this side is so grand that within enough of it, it might convert them to pursue the path of peace over pain and destruction.
If only Hitler was given more proper, genuine, pure, full squeeze, heart-to-heart hugs we might not know his name.
We can’t change the past, but we can change the present and impact the future.
How many ‘Hitlers’ can we halt with a hug? How many hurting humans can we heal with a hug?
When you view your enemies, rather than thinking of the hate you have for them, for your own sake and theirs, I encourage you to shift that frame of mind to compassion, forgiveness and hope that they will soon receive a proper, genuine, pure, full squeeze, heart to heart hug.
This is a challenging practice of mine that has changed my perspective on everything.
It makes me lighter because although still aware of those causing destruction, I don’t carry the burden of anger with me anymore.
Rather I take the knowledge to counteract it with more hugs.
Bill Gates needs a hug.
George Soros needs a hug.
Klaus Schwab needs a hug.
Anthony Fauci needs a hug.
Joe Biden needs a hug.
Donald Trump needs a hug.
Greta Thunberg needs a hug.
Nancy Pelosi needs a hug.
AOC needs a hug.
When you are drowning, you try to grab onto anything you can to save yourself but in the process, you just begin to drown others with you.
A hug is an offer of a helping hand to give the drowning man a breath of fresh air.
Once they receive that breath they get a glimpse of hope that they will breathe again and survive the storm. Rather than try to pull others down with them, they extend their arm and open up to more helping hands and more hugs until eventually, they have enough breath and enough strength to pull themselves out of the water.
The beautiful conversion is that those who have been pulled out of the water tend to be the ones who come back to pull others out too because they know what it feels like to be drowning.
The suffering can lead to kindness.
The darkness can lead to the light.
And a hug can be the thing that ignites the hope that leads to this conversion.
A hug is the thing that can halt the next ‘Hitler’ from causing all the harm.
