Conventional Things I Don’t Do

Broadcast Message

Living unconventionally brings peace, while conventional lifestyles lead to stress and sadness. Rejecting items like toothpaste, shampoo, and social media, I've gained healthier teeth, hair, and reduced stress, while those who judge me remain stressed and unhappy. Perhaps we should rethink our way of living.

Conventional Things I Don’t Do “People look at me like I am crazy, but I look at all them like they are crazy. Wed, 31 Jul 2024 19:08:33 GMT https://healthandfreedom.substack.com/p/conventional-things-i-dont-do “People look at me like I am crazy, but I look at all them like they are crazy. So whose the crazy one?”

The way I live is unconventional to say the least.

Which shocks me because it is the most natural. It is the way 99% of all human existence has lived.

And the outcome is peace whereas most people’s outcomes are stress, sickness, and sadness.

Conventional Things I Don’t Do

Use toothpaste

Use shampoo

Shave

Cut my hair

Wear shoes

Wear a new outfit everyday

Use laundry detergent

Use dish soap

Feel bad for myself

Talk trash

Spend most my time indoors

Go on social media

Eat fake foods

Snack

Eat 3 meals a day

Drink fake drinks

Use an alarm clock

Listen to devil music

Watch porn

Live in fear

Worship money

Praise celebrities

Wear sunscreen

Use bug spray

Use any skin cream

Use cleaning supplies

Think about how much money, time, and mental stress I save by not having to worry about these things.

Unexpected Outcomes

Since doing these things my teeth have gotten whiter and stronger, my hair healthier, skin clearer, feet stronger, temperature tolerance wider, comfort zone bigger, hunger gone, stress levels lower, immunity stronger, health better, and happiness levels higher.

I am almost never stressed, sick, or sad.

Meanwhile, most the people who judge me are always stressed, sick, and sad.

So who is crazy?

Maybe it’s time we rethink how we live?
