One year post-40-day fast, I still consume raw milk, honey, and cacao daily. This experience transformed my perspective, aligning my life mission with my natural will through present-moment awareness. The inward journey fosters the greatest positive impact, requiring elimination of temptation, fear, and material desires, along with radical trust, forgiveness, and connection to nature and self. Daily, I affirm trust and gratitude to the universe.

Still to this day I drink raw milk, honey, and cacao almost every day.
This was the most profound experience of my life and has forever shifted my perspective on everything.
It was a total rebirth.
My personal life’s mission has shifted to be fully aligned with my natural will (destiny, divine will, whatever you want to call it) and I believe the only way to be fully aligned with that is to be fully in the present moment.
Although challenging at times, I believe this inward journey (and everyone’s inward journey) is the greatest chance of me (and you) making the most positive impact to others.
It requires elimination of temptation and fear.
It requires radical trust and surrender.
It requires freedom from material desire.
It requires freedom from judgment.
It requires radical forgiveness of self and others.
It requires radical hope in self and others.
It requires the union of our masculine and feminine sides.
It requires the union of our intuitive and analytical minds.
It requires the union of our conscious and subconscious.
It requires a radical connection with the outer natural world and the inner metaphysical world.
It requires a radical present-moment pursuit of truth and love.
A prayer, mantra, message (whatever you want to call it) that I try to say to myself daily:
“Heavenly Father, King of the Universe, Creator of all things, help me remain in a state of trust and surrender, peace and abundance, love and gratitude.”
