Ice melts at 32°F; breakthroughs, like melting, are often unknown until they happen. Fear and stress don't clarify the unknown. Navigate it with peace, trust that breakthroughs will come. This message is personal yet universal.
32 The melting point. Tue, 30 Jul 2024 20:37:31 GMT https://healthandfreedom.substack.com/p/32 Ice does not become water until 32 degrees.
Not at 24, 25, 26, 27, not even 31 degrees.

It does not melt until it reaches 32 degrees.
It is a universal law of pressure.
Other pressures lead to breakthroughs that we can’t always see until it happens.
A breakthrough is a moment in time in which you break through to the other side.
The breakthrough is the melting point.
Unlike ice melting into water, oftentimes we do not know when the melting point is.
It is unknown to us.
The unknown is like the darkness.
And in the darkness, we can get scared. But this fear does not make us see any better.
Likewise, stress does not make the unknown anymore known, so why suffer further?
How can we navigate the unknown with peace?
As I wrote about before, how can we maintain equanimity?
The melting point is coming.
The breakthrough is coming.
Keep going.
Trust.
With Truth & Love,
Shaughnessy
P.S.
This is a letter to myself, but I am sure it relates to everyone else.
