A Protocol I Created To Try To Help My Brother Heal His Cancer

Broadcast Message

Immunity week focuses on connecting mind, body, and spirit for healing, emphasizing belief in their synchronization. Key practices include detoxing from synthetic substances, eating real foods, staying hydrated, exercising, getting sunlight, and ensuring adequate sleep. Stress is redefined as a tool for growth, not an enemy, and individuals are encouraged to manage stress through controlled physical challenges. The program underscores the brain's power to influence health, akin to the placebo effect. Ultimately, it advocates for holistic health through detoxification, nutrition, and mental empowerment, highlighting hope and belief as essential elements.

A Protocol I Created To Try To Help My Brother Heal His Cancer Below is the letter I wrote to him to prepare for an "Immunity Week" to implement these things before he started treatment. This was over 1.5 years ago. Today, he is still cancer-free and healthy! Connect mind, body, and spirit Oftentimes we think the brain does the brain thing, the body does the body thing, and the spirit does the spirit thing. But the truth is that they are all connected. They need to be synchronized not individualized. The purpose of this immunity week is to connect them.

Belief is a foundational component - the belief that they can be connected and that this connection can heal synthetic wounds is very important to its success.

Detox and replenish In order to do this, it is important to detox the body from the synthetics. We are natural beings. Synthetics, substances made from man-made chemicals rather than natural ingredients, disrupt and confuse that nature, blocking the natural connection between mind, body, and soul. Synthetics are playing God.

So a large portion of this week is to detox from synthetics and replenish with natural nutrients.

Empower the immune system Our immune system is a spectacular creation. If you think of the evolutionary process of life (4.5 billion years), there has been a lot of data and iteration. The evolutionary goal of life is to survive as a species. The only way to survive is to self-protect and reproduce. The immune system is all about self-protection.

The human body carries thousands to trillions of viral particles at any given time. Our immune system is responsible for fighting that off. After 4.5 billion years of data and iteration, it has gotten quite good at it. But more recently in the past 100 years, humans have decided to play God and claim that they are better at fighting off these viruses with their synthetic solutions. Whether derived from greed, power, or pure evil, it does not matter. It is harming the human race because, over the past 4.5 billion years, our immune systems have never seen these synthetic substances and react very poorly to them.

To combat this individually, it is important that we protect and strengthen our immune systems. We protect it by avoiding poison or harmful substances. We empower it by feeding it with helpful substances.

This immunity week, we will do exactly that - avoid harmful substances and consume helpful substances.

Food and water are just two examples of helpful substances so we will be sure to consume nutritious food and the optimal amount of water. But these are not the only helpful substances. Oxygen and sunlight are even more important for our immune systems.

Oxygen is used to convert nutrients into energy, break down nutrients, tissues and organ function, brain function, muscle activity, and elimination of waste and toxins.

Sunlight is great for Vitamin D, mood enhancement, circadian rhythm regulation, skin health, improved immune function, increased energy and alertness, regulation of melatonin, and bone health.

This is why we are going to the Jersey shore → some of the best oxygen in the world because of the plankton nearby and plenty of sunlight.

Last but not least is sleep. I could go on and on about sleep. Without sleep, everything shuts down. With good sleep, everything is revitalized and optimized. 7.5 hours of sleep is the sweet spot.

To summarize building your immune system really is this simple and ironically very enjoyable. We will call this the IMMUNITY 6

Do things to improve oxygen → breathwork, exercise, nose breathing, good air

Get sunlight

Eat real foods

Drink water

Get good sleep

Avoid fake foods & substances

You follow these 6 things and you would be shocked at how pleasant life becomes.

Reduce mental stress Stress is simply the body’s response to perceived threats or demands. But it can cause all sorts of issues if perceived in the wrong way. This is due to the increase in stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline.

Stress causes physical issues which then lead to other emotional and behavioral issues. Physical issues include negative impacts on heart health, the immune system, digestion, sleep, muscles, pain, and brain health.

By following Immunity 6 alone, you will be able to mitigate unnecessary stress. This week we will also go over some in-the-moment stress reduction hacks.

But stress itself is not bad. Stress is a friendly warning of a problem. The adrenaline and cortisol give you a boost in energy and focus to solve the problem. You can use stress to evaluate the situation and take action or you can ignore it which will oftentimes lead to more stress and more action needed.

It is possible to get stressed about getting stressed. You can avoid this by changing your relationship with stress. Turn stress into an asset vs a liability. It’s like using debt to make money vs using debt to spend money. Leverage the energy and focus that stress provides to take action and stress will become your friend, not your enemy. It is chronic stress (bad debt) that causes all of the negative health effects.

Trigger physical stress One way to learn how to mitigate stress is to create it yourself in controlled environments. It is like practice. Because the reality is that there is a never-ending list of things that are out of our control that can lead to unhealthy stress so by learning how to mitigate and benefit from it, you can turn stress into a friend rather than an enemy.

Learning something new, exercising, sauna, and fasting are all great practice environments to improve your relationship with stress.

On top of that, these all provide health benefits from the increase in adrenaline, cortisol, and other neurotransmitters. Once again, it is chronic stress that leads to negative health outcomes not stress itself.

Own your mind Your brain is responsible for voluntary movements, abstract thought, perception, and homeostasis. It is by far the most advanced thing in the world that we know of. It is far more advanced than AI, Crypto, Autonomous Vehicles, etc. and, in fact, some of the best technologies in the world are created by trying to emulate the human brain! Many founders of these companies study neuroscience to understand the brain more so that they can create better products. The crazy thing is, we all have one on our heads.

This might not be common knowledge, but every single thought that you have triggers some sort of physiological event. In other words, we can control aspects of our bodies with our minds.

We see this with the placebo effect. Here is a basic example:

Scientists identified a link between the placebo effect and pain relief decades ago. Early studies compared people given pain medication after a dental procedure to those given a placebo. Both groups felt the same amount of pain relief, meaning the placebo worked just as well as the pain medication (Levine, 1984 ).

Just knowing that you’re receiving drugs for pain can alleviate symptoms. In another study, researchers gave hospitalized patients pain medication through IVs. Half of the participants were only told they were getting drugs, while the other group received drugs but weren’t told so.

Even though treatment was identical in both groups, those who knew they were getting pain relievers reported lower levels of pain than the other group (Benedetti, 2011 ).

Part of immunity week is about tapping into your mind to control or heal parts of your body. The goal is to tell your immune system that there is something wrong with the body that it has not taken care of yet, but needs to take care of immediately.

Bringing it all together Mind, body, and soul need to be synchronized not individualized. The purpose of this immunity week is to connect them.

We will detox the body and fuel it with nutrition. We will empower the mind through activities. By optimizing body and mind, we will better be able to welcome the soul in to do its healing.

The most important thing is hope and belief.
